19th Century Regency style furniture often combined elements of Egyptian, Gothic and Chinese motifs along with their essentially classical and elegant features. Rare and exotic woods could be used but, as with our example,Mahogany was the more typical material of choice. This model features the draped style back, fluted front legs and typical curved back leg. Both dining and carver chairs can be upholstered in fabric or leather.
Most of our furniture can be made in Mahogany, Walnut, Burr Walnut, Pollard Oak, Rosewood, Yew Oyster and Walnut Oyster and only British hardwood is used. We stock an extensive selection of exotic veneers for special commissions.
Due to natural fluctuations in wood grain and colour the final finish may vary. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed, however our skilled polishers do achieve a very close match to customer requirements.
Our workshops are open seven days a week but please make an appointment so a member of staff is available for your enquiries.
